A Bay Area dumpster company upset with a customer it accused of failing to pay for a bin rental unloaded on the client by dumping a mountain of trash on the person's property.
\n\n\n\nMartin Perez, owner of Express Rental Dumpster, said the customer in San Pablo rented one of his dumpster bins to get rid of piles of trash at their home. Perez said there was an issue with the credit card number he received from the client and numerous attempts to get the person to pay were ignored.
\n\n\n\n\"It's declined. They declined the card,\" Perez told KTVU.
\n\n\n\n\"They keep saying, like, 'Oh, I'm gonna pay later. I'm gonna pay later. I'm gonna pay later,' and never did.\u201d
\n\n\n\nThe business owner said that after so many broken promises, he sent one of his drivers to retrieve the dumpster bin, which was filled to the brim with trash.
\n\n\n\n\n\nHaving already lost money by delivering the bin and going out to retrieve it, Perez said he refused to cough up more by taking the trash to the dump and paying fees to drop it there.
\n\n\n\nInstead, his driver unloaded all of the trash right back onto the customer's driveway \u2014 with the whole thing captured on the Ring camera.

A neighbor eventually called police about the trash, and the driver was told the debris had to be removed from the sidewalk.
\n\n\n\nScavengers later came out and dug through the mound, further spreading the trash, which neighbors ended up cleaning and covering with a tarp.
\n\n\n\nA neighbor named Mary told KTVU that the homeowner told her the dumpster was paid for.
\n\n\n\n\"She says she paid $700 for it, and then, all of a sudden, I see him back up and dump it all on the ground. I don't really know what that was about,\" Mary said.

\n\n\n\nDriver Joshua Brown said he was behind the wheel of his vehicle with full self-driving (FSD) mode engaged as he approached a level crossing near his home in Texas.
\n\n\n\n\u201cThe crossing gates were already fully lowered, the warning lights were flashing, and I could clearly see a train coming,\" he told Storyful, recounting the scary near-miss Saturday.

\n\n\n\n\n\nSuddenly, dashcam footage shows the Tesla accelerating forward, crashing through the lowered crossing gate.
\n\n\n\n\u201cI was completely shocked. It took me a full second \u2013 longer than I care to admit \u2013 to react,\u201d Brown said.
\n\n\n\n\u201cYears of racing have drilled the old adage into me, \u2018When in doubt, throttle out.\u2019 So instead of slamming the brakes, my instinct was to punch the gas,\u201d he added.
\n\n\n\n\u201cIn that chaotic moment, I glanced to my right and saw the train barreling toward us \u2013 lights glaring, horn blaring. It was terrifyingly close,\" Brown said.

\"Somehow, the car pushed through to the other side of the tracks. Only then did I slam on the brakes and bring it to a stop,\u201d he said.
\n\n\n\nIn a darkly humorous moment, a message from Tesla then popped up on the screen, reading, \"Autopilot disengaged, what happened?\"
\n\n\n\nBrown said he has at least 40,000 self-driving miles under his belt, and this was the first time he'd ever been \"let down\" by Tesla's FSD system.

Despite what its name suggests, Tesla instructs drivers to remain alert with their hands on the wheel even with FSD engaged.
\n\n\n\nTesla says its FSD is seven times safer than the average US human driver when it is supervised, with one crash every 5-7 million miles against one per 660,000 for people, according to its Vehicle Safety Report.

However, in January, Tesla CEO Elon Musk admitted that it would still be \"several years\" before FSD unsupervised would be safer than a human.
\n\n\n\nTesla did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Wednesday.

\n\n\n\nThe International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) stressed to member states that it \"cannot verify whether Iran has suspended all enrichment-related activities,\" nor can it provide \"any information on the current size, composition or whereabouts of the stockpile of enriched uranium in Iran,\" according to the Associated Press.
\n\n\n\nThat \"loss of continuity of knowledge over all previously declared nuclear material at affected facilities in Iran needs to be addressed with the utmost urgency,\" added the IAEA, which noted that Iran's stonewalling was in direct violation of its legal obligation under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

Iran suspended all cooperation with the IAEA after its 12-day war with Israel in June 2025 -- during which the US dropped at least six \u201cbunker buster\u201d bombs on nuclear sites at Fordow, Isfahan and Natanz.
\n\n\n\nIn the absence of access to those three sites, the nuclear agency has been forced to rely on commercially available satellite imagery.
\n\n\n\n\n\nObservation of the Isfahan facility, some 215 miles southeast of Tehran, showed \u201cregular vehicular activity\u201d around the entrance to a tunnel complex used to store enriched material and that appears to have averted destruction in June, the report said, adding that it was unclear whether the site \"contains nuclear material or is operational.\"

The IAEA also noted that prior to the American and Israeli strikes, Iran said it was setting up another enrichment plant at Isfahan, though the agency does not know its precise location or whether it is functioning.
\n\n\n\n\n\nActivity was also observed at Fordow and Natanz, the former of which is buried 300 feet inside a mountain, but \"without access to these facilities it is not possible for the Agency to confirm the nature and the purpose of the activities,\" the IAEA acknowledged.
\n\n\n\nIran has given inspectors access to its other nuclear facilities \"at least once\u201d since June 2025, with the exception of a power plant at Karun that is under construction, the watchdog noted.
\n\n\n\nTehran has long maintained its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes, but the US, UN and other Western nations have confirmed an organized atomic weapons program existed through at least 2003.
\n\n\n\nAccording to the IAEA, Iran maintains a stockpile of 972 pounds of uranium enriched to 60% purity \u2014 a short, technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%.
\n\n\n\nIAEA director general Rafael Grossi warned in an October interview that stockpile could allow Iran to build as many as 10 nuclear bombs, though he added that does not mean Tehran has such weapons.
\n\n\n\n\n\nUS and Iranian officials wrapped up a fresh round of indirect talks in Switzerland Thursday, as President Trump\u2019s deadline to reach an agreement on the future of Tehran\u2019s nuclear program looms as soon as this weekend.
\n\n\n\n\n\nSecretary of State Marco Rubio is scheduled to visit Israel on Monday and Tuesday to discuss Iran and other regional issues with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
