Federal Way police responded to reports of an individual in a car blocking an intersection at approximately 8:45 a.m. Feb 6. The vehicle was blocking the roadway near the 33700 block of 1st Avenue South. According to the Federal Way Police Department (FWPD), officers attempted to contact the individual, who then fled on foot. A FWPD officer shot then shot the individual.
