An artist has been dubbed a Jeanius after creating incredible celebrity portraits out of nothing but old denim jeans. Cristiam Ramos, from Orlando, Florida, spent hours cutting up and compiling over 20,000 pieces of blue jeans to create the stunning artworks of David Bowie, Mick Jagger, Marilyn Monroe, and Audrey Hepburn. He went through 80 pairs of jeans for the portraits, working eight hours a day for more than four weeks to complete the collection. Ramos is famous for his quirky artworks crafted from unusual items, including butterflies, toothpaste and sweets. He said he was inspired to create the celebrities portraits thanks to his love of both cinema and fashion. Mandatory credit: Cristiam Ramos / T&T Creative Media
