A beloved grandmother celebrating her 99th birthday proved you're never too old to dance as she emotionally reacted to a surprise mariachi band before rising to her feet and dancing. Maria Del Refugio Wilhelmy, from Tijuana, Mexico, grew up in a family of actors and dancers, and is the daughter of famous Mexican actress, singer and comedian Amelia Wilhelmy. As a result, Maria has never stopped enjoying performing herself, either, and so her family decided to arrange for a mariachi band to surprise her on her big day. When the band entered Maria's home on October 15, the 99-year-old immediately lit up, getting to her feet to move to the music.
