Fateh Care charity celebrates one year in Greater Victoria

Harjas Singh Popli and his wife, Navneet Kaur Popli, arrived in Canada at the start of COVID and decided to start Fateh Care after they didn't receive any support. Tess van Straaten has their story, in their words, in this week's Vital People.
