Travis Scott Covering Funeral Costs Of 8 Astroworld Victims

A representative for Travis Scott has revealed that he will cover the funeral costs of the eight people killed at his Astroworld Festival on Nov. 5. Scott is also reportedly partnering with Better Help to provide free mental health services to everyone affected by the tragic incident. Travis remains in active conversations with the city of Houston, law enforcement and local first responders to respectfully and appropriately connect with the individuals and families of those involved, A statement by representatives for Travis Scott. The rapper has supposedly made a “personal vow” to help those affected throughout their grieving and recovery process. The organizers of the festival will also provide all ticketholders with a full refund, this includes those with tickets to the canceled Nov. 6 event. Scott and his partner Kylie Jenner released statements on social media, with the rapper saying that he is “absolutely devastated”. Jenner said that she and Scott were not aware of the fatalities until after the show and “in no world would have continued filming or performing”.
