A grandma who tells a waiter pouring her coffee he looks just like her son – before suddenly letting out shocked scream as she realizes it is him and he’s returned home to surprise her after seven years apart. As a man in a black coat headed over and began pouring Lidia Guzman a coffee she innocently declares "You look like my son.” While family members at the table laugh on, Lidia affirms, "Doesn't he look like Victor," until they then respond: "That is Victor!" The realization was enough to make Lidia let out a huge scream before bursting into happy tears as Victor declares “I got her!” and gives his mom a big hug. The moment was shot by Lidia's granddaughter, Sarah Guzman, 32, and though it took place on February 22, 2019, Sarah only posted it on social media recently where it went viral.
