A man has filmed himself riding into the eye of a dust devil as it swirls across farmland. Brandon Young spotted the towering tornado of dust and debris as it went past his home near Omaha, Nebraska. The 42-year-old quickly leapt onto his quadbike and armed with his cell phone in record mode, set off following its path through the rural area. His video shows the jet-black spout of dirt twisting and turning as it spews up debris crossing fields and roads. Rising to a height of more than 100ft in the air, and growing larger as it picks up more dust from the ground, Brandon decides to take a closer look. As he approaches the ominous looking column, the bottom of it begins to come into view. And as Brandon gently accelerates towards it and stops right underneath, he peers up to see the swirling mass of dust gently circulating above some 20 ft off the ground as it slowly dissipates.
