A teenage boy was left shellshocked when his family took a "vote" to see who should drive home from a bowling alley – only for them to select him and reveal that he would be driving his dream car. Maddyx Snow, 15, was initially surprised when his mom and siblings selected him, only to be even more amazed when they revealed his 16th birthday present would be his favorite car: a Ford Bronco. Maddyx was adopted into the Snow family from a mom who had substance problems, the family said, and ahead of his birthday, adopted mom Alivia (pron: Olivia), wanted to do something extra special. With 15-and-a-half being the legal driving age in Oklahoma, where the family is based, Alivia and her husband started looking for Maddyx's dream Bronco, which he had been expressing an interest in since it was announced a new model of the 90s classic would be rereleased. The Snow family came up against a hitch, though: waiting lists for new Broncos were more than a year long. Having search all over the U.S., the couple found a man in Florida who had ordered a new Bronco one year prior and had just taken delivery. He agreed to sell it to the Snow family, who had it shipped to Oklahoma, where it was hidden at a friend's workshop. On April 22, in Oklahoma City, Maddyx's dad took his son and two friends bowling, while Alivia and his siblings turned up 20 minutes later, parking the Bronco next to the family's truck.
