Scarlett and Zack Marcinek already have a daughter, Ava Klaire, and the couple also count eight girls on Scarlett’s side of the family - a sister, a niece, 5 female cousins as well as a male cousin - plus five on Zack’s side - his brother’s four daughters as well as two female cousins. And so, ahead of their newest arrival, the Marcineks, from Corinth, Mississippi, set up a gender reveal on February 1, hoping for a boy, as they had always wanted a child of either sex.
