A robot might be mixing your next cocktail. Adam, the robotic bartender created by Richtech Robotics, is part of a new wave of restaurant robots that are becoming more common in the hospitality industry. With the ability to make 65-70 drinks per hour, Adam can prepare a range of drinks from cocktails to coffee and boba tea. Since his introduction last year, Adam has been deployed in various venues across the country, including the Courtyard by Mariott in downtown Los Angeles, the Cloutea boba shop at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, and the Botbar Coffee chain.
