Entering Roxbury is a video collage of the area and landmarks of Boston Massachusetts’ gateway neighborhood of Roxbury. Recorded in 2015, the journey around the town is set to an original music soundtrack created by producer, pianist and music designer, Rollins Ross, that speaks to the richness of the community. The Fellowes Athenaeum Trust of the Dudley Branch of the Boston Public Library funded producer, videographer and editor Tessil Collins’ proposal to produce Entering Roxbury, an updated version of his video poem "My Roxbury" that reflects the renovation and growth of this beloved community.
