High school counselor Julie Tichon sentenced to two years probation for sexually abusing 16-year-old boy

Julie Tichon was in a Los Angeles courtroom to hear her fate after pleading no contest to two felony charges, unlawful sexual Intercourse with a minor more than 3 years younger and  oral copulation with a person under 18 years.
