T'puram: The residents of Kalladimukham flat, a slum improvement project of the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, are in distraught due to the leaks in septic tank and drainage for the past few months. Authorities have turned a blind eye to the issue, the residents complained. The leakage has made the life difficult for more than 200 families, who were rehabilitated in the project, as it can lead to serious health issues.
