The 36 satellites launched by ISRO as part of the LVM3-M2/OneWeb India-1 Mission belong to Network Access Associated Ltd (OneWeb) — a joint venture between India’s Bharti Global and the UK government. Starting in 1999, ISRO had so far put into orbit 345 foreign satellites. The successful launch of 36 OneWeb satellites takes the tally to 381.
