Congresswoman Maxine Waters and Others Honored at International Women Of Power Awards

The Sheraton Hotel penthouse in Marina del Rey was the scene for the 4th Annual International Women of Power Awards. Honorees and celebrities alike came out to celebrate eight black women in diverse industries from fashion to business, to politics.
