David Herring (DOB 01/09/1968) of Manor Road, Sudbury, Suffolk appeared before Colchester Magistrates Court on 6 April. He admitted causing unnecessary suffering to the hedgehog which was under the control of man on a temporary basis - by kicking the animal.
