Statement from family after Logan City police find body of 5-year-old Elizabeth "Lizzy" Shelly within 1/2 a block of her home

Logan City police say the body of missing 5-year-old Elizabeth "Lizzy" Shelley was found near her home Wednesday afternoon. A spokesperson also shared a statement from the mother of Lizzy.
