Kolkata's iconic Howrah Bridge was lit up in Olympic colours on July 19. It was illuminated to boost the morale of the Indian contingent in Tokyo Olympics. A total of 127 athletes across 18 sports disciplines will feature from India. This is the biggest-ever contingent India is sending to any Olympic event. The 69 cumulative events across the 18 sport disciplines that India will participate in are also the highest ever for the country. Tokyo Olympics will begin on July 23 and end on August 8.
