Irwin teen earns high marks at diving-dog competition

Bryce Martino, 15, of Irwin, is the North American Diving Dogs/AKC 2019 Junior Handler Champion after an excellent showing in the NADD/AKC Eukanuba National Championship, held Dec. 9-15 in Orlando, Fla.
