[Two Sides of the Street]

[Two Sides of the Street: The Fight for D.C. Representation in Congress] was one of the second-prize middle school winners in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. Dylan Zuriff and Ilana Handwerker, eighth graders at Eastern Middle School in Silver Spring, Maryland, produced this video on the 2024 theme: "Looking Forward While Considering the Past," with these two prompts: a) "In the next 20 years, what is the most important change that you would like to see in America?" -- OR b) "Over the past 20 years, what has been the most important change in America?" The local cable provider was Comcast. C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme.
