Brooks talks about how his company has handled the increase in demand for cannabis during the coronavirus pandemic, and uplifting those in the community who have been put out of work because of the pandemic. Seed &amp; Smith today is one of Colorado&rsquo;s most award-winning producers of flower, concentrate, and vapor products and leads the industry in transparency and purity practices.</p> <p>After a career of coaching and ski patrolling, Brooks co-founded the cannabis brand Kaya in the early days of Colorado&rsquo;s regulated cannabis market, helping to grow the business from one facility to numerous grow operations and dispensaries.
