WINNING FOOT SKILL DRILLS - Inside/Outside 1. English FA coach, Neil McKay, teaches you the Inside Outside skill; how to move the ball from side to side with tight control. Use your big toe and little toe to gently move the ball left and right, keeping close control of the ball. Starting off this can be done with a small step in between to maintain balance, using the strong foot then switching to the weaker foot. As balance improves it can be completed without any step. Repeat this for 1-2 minutes daily using both feet equally to improve control, balance and flexibility.
