Storm Ida remnants continue to batter US Atlantic coast

The remnants of the tropical storm Ida have seen heavy winds and floods batter New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Drivers were seen abandoning their cars on the flooded roads and rainfall broke record levels in New York's Central Park.
