The footage of the beating of 46-year-old Aaron Larry Bowman has been kept concealed for more than two years. The attack, which trooper Jacob Brown defended as "pain compliance," left Bowman with a broken jaw and wrist, three broken ribs, and a gash on his head that required six staples.
