Just because there's widespread use of credit and debit cards, doesn't mean all merchants accept them, Marc Hopkins, vice president at E-Complish, tells PYMNTS, adding that consumer bill payment services can help lessen the cost of card acceptance — bringing new revenue streams to merchants, as well as timely payments of loans and other obligations.
