Kollam: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan dismissed the report submitted by the amicus curiae, which pointed out that the inefficiency of dam management had resulted in the disastrous floods. He alleged that the report was prepared without consulting experts and also added that the final verdict on the matter will be issued by the court.
