Trigger-happy maniac shoots AT&T trucks in front of his house

A man wielding a pistol was filmed allegedly shooting out the tires on an AT&T truck parked outside his home in Hialeah, Florida. The suspect, Jorge Jove, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
