Warm weather means it’s time to break out the grill! A Red Rock burger is the perfect addition to your barbecue arsenal, and gives a fun shake up to your typical burger night. Recipe creator Alex Daynes shared her recipe, inspired by one of her favorite cheeseburgers from Red Rock Brewery. They’re always served with carrot chips and a side of ranch dip. “It’s the perfect easy summer dinner!” Alex says. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill burger. It is topped with Swiss cheese, homemade aioli, caramelized onions, red onions, tomatoes, and served in a pita bread pocket.
