[Roe v. Wade] 1972 Oral Arguments

Professor Susan Low Bloch of Georgetown University Law Center gave an introduction to the case of a re-argument of the Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade, which took place October 11, 1972. After the airing of the oral argument, Professor Bloch summed up the opinion of this case. The U.S. Supreme Court decision on January 22, 1973, in [Roe vs. Wade] made laws outlawing a woman's right to abortion unconstitutional.
