Boris Johnson: Remarks 'had no impact' on jailed British-Iranian woman

Boris Johnson has admitted he "could have been clearer" in his comments about British woman Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe but insisted they could provide no justification for lengthening her detention in Iran.
