Haringey Council has called in police after a brutal assault was filmed on council property. The footage was shot by a tenant's security camera at 141 Station Road - a council-owned business park. It shows two men restraining and beating another man, throwing him to the floor and continuing to assault him. Eugene Lebedenko's camera also filmed a series of illegal parties on the council site during Covid-19 restrictions.
