A local Boston news station was mocked when it aired b-roll footage of Zendaya and her mom on a casual afternoon in town without reportedly clocking it was the A-lister and her loved one. On Sunday, Dec. 1, Boston’s WCVB Channel 5 aired a video from the first day of the city’s holiday festivities in the popular shopping district on Newbury St. — and caught Zendaya and her mom, Claire Stoermer, although seemingly unbeknownst to the news crew.
