Luis Enrique netted a hat-trick as FC Barcelona demolished Athletic Bilbao 7-0 at the Camp Nou, back in 2001. His first came when he fired a Marc Overmars cross low into the bottom left corner of the net. He then tucked the ball home on 24 minutes following an assist by Patrick Kluivert, before netting his sixth goal of the season and completing his hat-trick 10 minutes before half-time.
