Seal spotted (again) in River Wensum in Norwich - could it be the same one?!

A family of four who were canoeing along the River Wensum in Norwich on May 7 spotted a seal swimming near them. There have been several sightings of a seal in the city's river in recent years. Could it be the same seal?
