Speaking with The Sunday Times, she revealed that the last time she dated anyone was “definitely before the CoolSculpting.” In a 2021 Instagram post, Evangelista stated that she was suing CoolScupting’s Zeltiq Aesthetics for leaving her “brutally disfigured.” "It increased, not decreased, my fat cells and left me permanently deformed even after undergoing two painful, unsuccessful, corrective surgeries," wrote Evangelista on Instagram. The 58-year-old said following her fat reduction procedure: “I don’t want to sleep with anybody anymore. I don’t want to hear someone breathing.” She was married to former Elite Model Management executive Gérald Marie from 1987 to 1993 but split from him due to alleged abuse.
