The Hollywood star surprised thrilled youngsters at the Donostia University Hospital in San Sebastián by bringing back his beloved Pirates of the Caribbean character. He took time away from the San Sebastián Film Festival to visit the hospital’s Pediatrics and Oncology ward on Thursday, staying in character the whole time.
