Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple have a rosy next chapter in store. It just may take a minute before the couple’s journey lands them at the altar. “I had two sons that got married. One got married last summer. One’s getting married this summer. I’m getting my kids married and then I’ll worry about myself,” Vassos, 62, exclusively told The Post at iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball 2025. “I don’t want to take the focus off them.”
