This is the chilling moment the madman accused of brutally murdering two parents in Arkansas’ Devil’s Den State Park walked into a hair salon, where he was then arrested in the middle of the haircut by three detectives. Hairstylist Adriana Ruiz Avalos told News Nation that she knew something was off when Andrew James McGann entered Lupita’s Beauty Salon. Avalos said she had never seen McGann before the haircut session and found his hair and scalp in poor condition – “Very dry and matted.” He then allegedly asked her to keep his hair long on top, so that his eyes would stay covered. Meanwhile, law enforcement agents had tracked McGann down to the salon, pinpointing him inside because his car, a black 2022 Kia Stinger, was parked outside. He was handcuffed while still wearing a barber’s cape, according to surveillance video from inside the salon.
