Voters are fired up in Ladysmith, after sending a resounding 'No" to council borrowing $13 Million to build a new town hall through an alternative approval process. The AAP is a fast truck for funding that Ladysmith has used previously for water upgrades and a firetruck, but as Skye Ryan reports, with many already struggling with high costs the community response was overwhelming.
