House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) failed to swear in witnesses, allowing Democrat counsel Barry Berke to get away with several false claims. He refused to strike Berke's attacks on President Donald Trump's motives from the record, arguing that Berke was a witness and not a staffer. But then he could not explain why he had not sworn Berke in, if he was a witness.
