Surf instructor Chris Ross believes surfing is more than just catching waves. Part of what he teaches campers is that yes, the ocean can be dangerous, but that shouldn't keep us out of the water. We just have to respect it, much like the tough waves that Life brings. Chris leaned on his sobriety and his faith when his world was rocked by his son, Corey's, death.
