President Trump spoke to reporters on Air Force One en route to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. Before taking questions, he signed a proclamation recognizing February 9 as Gulf of America Day. Also, the president said he planned on announcing a 25% tariff on all steel and aluminum imports into the United States.
