Our greatest natural asset in Utah is our beautiful mountains. During the winter is a great time to enjoy them by having an outdoor picnic. Cammy Fuller loves this activity with her family every year when they cut down their Christmas tree, but she says it doesn’t have to be limited to the holidays. Cammy suggests that during the winter we need to get outside as a great way to beat the winter blues.
