Newly released footage from the City of Minneapolis shows events which contradict immigration agent's account of the shooting of Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis on January 14th. Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis was shot and wounded by a federal agent and faced criminal charges along with his cousin Alfredo Alejandro Aljorna. The Department of Homeland Security accused the pair of brutally attacking the agent, before dropping the charges a month after the shooting. The DHS then opened an investigation into the agent who shot Sosa-Celis.
