Former MTV reality star Spencer Pratt officially launched his mayoral run, filing a Declaration of Intention with the Los Angeles City Clerk Tuesday. Pratt, decked out in full merch from his wife Heidi Montag’s collection, was all smiles as he threw his hat into the ring. “We can’t do four more years of Karen Bass,” he told The California Post. “She should have resigned a long time ago.”
