Angry 81 year old grandmother Annie Holgate is taking to the river to protest Norwich City Council’s plans to put all weather courts into Heigham Park. Annie was outraged when Norwich City Council removed her banner protesting the paving over part of the grass tennis courts from the hedge at Heigham Park.
