Democrat impeachment counsel Barry Berke used a deceptively-edited video on Monday of President Donald Trump addressing Turning Point USA in July, telling the House Judiciary Committee that Trump believed that Article II of the Constitution meant he could do "whatever I want." In fact, Trump had been talking specifically about his power to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller (which he did not do) -- a context Berke obscured.
