Terrifying manhole explosion caught on camera as woman and kids escape

Dramatic footage shows a woman and her grandchildren narrowly escaping a manhole explosion in Poughkeepsie, New York. The blast was one of three linked to high carbon monoxide levels. No injuries were reported.
