"The people that lost tonight was the American voters," said Gov. Doug Burgum (R-ND) to reporters Wednesday night after the 2nd GOP primary debate in the spin room, as the governor expressed issue with voters being able to understand what the candidates stand for based on the format of the broadcasted debate.
